Thank you for shopping at ShopTGel. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

  • The return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
